Wondering what to expect when you arrive at our building? We know it can be challenging to reach out to a new space. We have outlined below what our typical services look like so you know what you're walking into.
On Sundays at 10am we gather for a morning Bible study, worship time, and message. You can park along the side of the building or in the grassy area near the playground if spots have filled up. Inside you'll enter into our main room. Around the corner you will find fresh brewed coffee, some breakfast items, and time to fellowship with other gatherers. By 10:15, our worship service will begin where we will sing in worship and listen to a message. This time of corporate worship is presented bilingually.
During the week you can meet with us on Wednesday nights for Bible studies. Our focus on these evenings is creating connections and building discipleship with those that gather with us. We have groups for children, youth, and adults. Our children are being lead through a series of biblical discovery with Mrs. Diana Cepeda. The children engage in hands on activities that show the wonder of God's creation all around us. Our youth will engage in group activities and lessons focusing on practical ways to apply your faith in a modern world. We take an honest look at ourselves and the world around us as we discuss God's word and its impact on our lives. You'll notice an emphasis on education throughout our programs. Most of our leadership are current or former professional educators. After our Bible studies you will find several students, from elementary to graduate school, hanging around to get tutoring or support for the academic work.
You can find us at the intersection of Beddoes and Palmito in Olmito, Tx just down the street from Villareal Elementary School.
